*Do not let all these plants scare you into thinking it will be too much to handle.
The owner planned and created a beautiful yard to enjoy without all the intensive labor. Raising a large family didn't allow for a lot of time to work in the yard, so the owner grew plants that could take care of themselves for the most part.
* Most everything is WINTER HARDY and the owner does not WINTERIZE the plants. If it died, then it was replaced. Thus, the yard is easily maintained by watering and pulling occasional weeds and there isn't any worry about feeding the plants since years were spent building up the soil organically.
* The fruit trees are also winter hardy and do not require other pollinators.
* The grapes, raspberries and strawberries are perennials and are winter hardy also. They are not winterized either.
